Program: Swim Stroke Booster Small Group Classes

Cost: March: Member $80; Community $120 (5 sessions) / April: Member $64; Community $96 (4 sessions)
Details: The better your stroke, the faster you swim! Children and teens can get an edge in the pool with Stroke Booster, a small-group class that helps swimmers ages 5-18 improve their swimming by focusing on technique and precision. Join our experienced instructor Sundays for month-long sessions this March or April in our heated indoor pool.

Details: Join MJCCA Young Adults for a Purim celebration–with your pup as the star! Meet our new director and grab a drink with friends without the guilt of leaving your dog at home. Pups are encouraged to strut in costume while we gather for a short megillah reading. All are welcome, dogs not required. This event is free and open to all.

Details: When your child's school is out, MJCCA is IN! We offer a variety of exciting, engaging, and safe activities for your kids during school holidays and teacher work days. Activities include: swimming, sports, inflatables, yoga, Zumba, rock wall, community service projects, and more. Walk-ins the day of camp is dependent on space and will incur a $10 fee.

Program: AARP Driver Safety Course

Details: The AARP Driver Safety Program is a five-hour course designed to teach the effects of aging on driving. Participants will have the opportunity to improve driving and eligibility to reduce insurance rates upon completion.

Program: Spring Doubles Pickleball Tournament

Cost: $45 per person, including doubles teams; open to the community
Details: Enjoy a fun-filled day playing the country’s hottest sport! The MJCCA Spring Doubles Pickleball Tournament is open to all ages and skill levels and follows USAPA rules. Program: Yom HaShoah Holocaust Remembrance Day Ceremony

Where: Besser Holocaust Memorial Garden at Zaban Park (5342 Tilly Mill Road, Dunwoody)

Details: All are invited to a Holocaust commemoration ceremony featuring guest speaker, Dr. Catherine Lewis. Dr. Lewis is Assistant Vice President of Museums, Archives & Rare Books; Executive Director of the Museum of History and Holocaust Education; and Professor of History at Kennesaw State University. Dr. Lewis will speak about “The Importance of Holocaust Remembrance.” The ceremony will include a performance by the Atlanta Men's Choir, memorial prayers, and the lighting of six flames in memory of those who perished in the Holocaust.
