American Sign Language, ASL: Intermediate Level

In this welcoming and interactive class, you’ll explore American Sign Language (ASL) in a way that meets you where you are—whether you’re completely new to sign language or looking to build on what you already know. Together, we’ll focus on everyday communication, including common signs, ASL structure, and expressive tools like facial expressions. You’ll practice fingerspelling, numbers, and essential vocabulary related to topics such as greetings, emotions, food, activities, animals, and holidays. With a supportive, hands-on approach, this class is a great place to begin your ASL journey or continue growing your skills with confidence. The course is taught by Kari Goodfellow, an experienced educator and skilled ASL-English interpreter.
