BBYO Leadership Training Institute (LTI) 2027
It’s time to kick off the semester, level up your leadership, and get your chapter ready to make BIG things happen! Teens will dive into counterpart trainings, strengthen their board teams, build their semester calendars, practice new leadership skills, and align on goals for the year ahead. Come ready to collaborate, create, and leave feeling confident and ready to lead!
LTI is required and exclusively open to Chapter and Regional Board members. All Chapter Presidents and S’ganim (VP of Programming) are also required to stay from 3:00–4:00 PM for Programming Party, where they’ll come together to level up chapter programming, swap ideas, and get ready for an awesome semester.
Lunch is provided, and BBYO membership is required.
