view options Our Girls Flag Football League is the perfect opportunity for 3rd–5th grade girls to step onto the field, build confidence, and discover the excitement of the game in a supportive, all-girls environment. With fun, age-appropriate coaching, players will learn the fundamentals of flag football—passing, catching, teamwork, and strategy—while also gaining leadership skills, resilience, and self-esteem.More than just football, this league is about empowerment, friendship, and growth. Girls will make new friends, cheer each other on, and celebrate their successes together—both on and off the field. Whether they’re brand new to the sport or ready to take their game to the next level, every participant will feel included, encouraged, and inspired to play with confidence.
Games are played on Sunday afternoons and practices are 1 weeknight per week. Game times will not interfere with our TopSpin Girls Volleyball League so girls will be able to play in both leagues simultaneously.
