view options The 25+ league is 4 v 4 Cross Court with 5 on a team. Games are played on Wednesday nights with an occasional Sunday. The 40+ league is 4 v 4 Cross Court with 5 on a team. Games are played on Monday nights with an occasional Thursday night. The 50+ league is 3 v 3 Half Court with 4 on a team. Games are played on Tuesday nights. The Young Adult league is 5 v5 Full Court with 7-10 on a team. Games are played on Tuesday nights.
