Volunteer: EngAge With a Purpose, Community Assistance Center Thrift Shop
Join fellow Active Seniors for a meaningful volunteer opportunity at the Community Assistance Center (CAC) Thrift Shop in Sandy Springs. CAC supports individuals and families in Sandy Springs and Dunwoody through food, clothing, financial assistance, and educational programs. By volunteering in the Thrift Shop, you'll help support the services that make this work possible. Volunteer tasks may include sorting donations, hanging and organizing clothing, and tagging and pricing merchandise.
This is primarily a standing activity, so please wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to be on your feet. If you would benefit from a seated volunteer assignment, please let us know in advance and we'll be happy to request an accommodation.
Join us for lunch together at 11:00 AM before we volunteer.
