Yoga and Sound Bath Immersion - Spring '27
Join us for a unique and restorative Yoga and Sound Bath experience designed to calm the body, quiet the mind, and support deep relaxation. Alex Ballew of Secret River Sounds will fill the room with healing vibrations from the gong, crystal harp, singing bowls, didgeridoo, rain stick, bells, drums, and more, while Debra Cohen, RYT500, guides participants through gentle yoga poses, breathwork, and meditation.
This two-hour immersive experience invites you to drift into stillness, access a parasympathetic state, and receive the soothing benefits of sound therapy as a gentle vibrational massage on a cellular level.
Rooted in joy, wellness, empowerment, and love, the session encourages emotional release, inner connection, and a renewed sense of balance. Whether you are new to yoga and sound therapy, this peaceful fusion offers a meaningful opportunity to connect with yourself, let go of tension, and tap into your innate ability for self-healing. Come rest deeply, restore your energy, and leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and at peace long after the session has ended.
