Youth Sensory Sports and Movement – Fall ’26
view options Sensory Sports and Movement is a supportive and inclusive program for children ages 6–12 with disabilities and children who may benefit from additional support. This program introduces a variety of recreational sports and movement activities in a structured, low-pressure environment. Each week features a different sport or movement-based activity, giving participants exposure to new skills and experiences without the pressure of competition. Activities are modified to meet individual needs, and trained staff provide consistent support, positive reinforcement, and encouragement.
The program focuses on participation, confidence-building, teamwork, and having fun. Children will develop gross motor skills, improve coordination, strengthen social skills, and build friendships while discovering activities they may wish to pursue further. The goal is to create a welcoming environment where every child feels included and supported.
