Zaban Sharks Advanced Swim Team – July ’25
view options This swim team focuses on introducing swimmers into the competitive world of swimming. This is a competitive group; swimmers will participate in high-yardage practices focusing on endurance and technique refinement. Swimmers must understand all four strokes, starts, turns, and attend at least four of the six practices each week. There is a required number of swim meets that swimmers must participate in. This group includes drylands and other extra activities. Everyone must be evaluated by the head coach before registering.
