Zaban Sharks Intermediate Swim Team - July '26

This swim team is dedicated to helping swimmers achieve legal strokes. This is a recreational group that swims minimal yardage. Every practice focuses on understanding the fundamentals of all four strokes. To join our intermediate team, swimmers must know how to swim freestyle and backstroke without stopping and have a basic (not necessarily legal) understanding of breaststroke. Swimmers must also know side breathing and how to perform a kneeling dive with a head-first entry. Swimmers will focus more on technique and increasing their yardage to prepare for the next level.
