Changes in weight are only one piece of the story. Styku 3D body scanning gives you a more complete view of your body composition, measurements, and shape, and helps you track meaningful changes over time.
Now available for MJCCA members, Styku uses advanced 3D scanning technology to capture detailed body measurements and create a visual baseline you can compare with future scans. Whether you’re working toward a fitness goal, training with a personal trainer, or simply curious about your body composition, Styku can help you better understand where you are—and track your progress along the way.
Track Your Progress Over Time
One scan provides a useful snapshot. Repeat scans allow you to see how your body is changing as you work toward your goals—even when those changes aren’t reflected on the scale. For the most meaningful comparison, Styku recommends allowing approximately 6-8 weeks between scans.
Styku Scans are Included in Select Personal Training Packages
Take the guesswork out of tracking your progress. MJCCA personal training clients with qualifying auto-renew packages receive a complimentary Styku scan every 8 weeks. Complimentary scans are non-transferable and do not roll over from one 8-week period to the next.
Your scan provides another way for you and your trainer to evaluate progress, celebrate changes, and help inform your fitness journey.
In just seconds, Styku creates a 3D model of your body and provides measurements and insights that go beyond the number on the scale, including:
Body composition, including body fat percentage and fat mass
Detailed body measurements, including waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio
3D body shape visualization
Changes in body composition and measurements over time
Progress comparisons across multiple scans
Unlike some other body composition technologies, hydration does not factor into Styku’s measurements, helping make repeat scans easier to incorporate into your routine.
Styku is a fitness and body composition assessment tool and is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. Individual results and outcomes vary.
