Group Exercise Schedules

Reservations for in-person fitness classes are required via Mindbody. Instructions on using Mindbody can be found here. Visit to access fitness classes on Zoom. Streaming classes are Mondays, 1:45 pm: Zumba with Rachael; Tuesdays, 11:00 am: Zumba with Rachael; Wednesdays, 6:00 pm: Power Vinyasa with Julie; Thursdays, 10:00 am: Barrelaties-45 with Rachael and Thursdays, 11:00 am: Core Intervals with Sitha. These classes were previously on Facebook Live, are open to everyone, and do not require registration.
