Acro Dance - Fall '26
Our recreational Acro class is a dynamic blend of acrobatics and dance, designed for dancers looking to expand their skill set!
This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and control through basic acrobatic skills like rolls, handstands, and cartwheels with an emphasis on integrating these movements into dance routines.
Students will develop body awareness, improve coordination, and gain confidence as they learn to combine Acro skills with dance technique. This class offers a fun and supportive environment for dancers to enhance their artistry and athleticism.
