The MJCCA Announces 2017-2018 Course Offerings for its Lisa F. Brill Institute for Jewish Learning, Starting in August 2017

The MJCCA is pleased to announce its 2017-2018 Lisa F. Brill Institute for Jewish Learning lineup of award-winning courses, with some courses beginning in Fall 2017; and others in Spring 2018. The Brill Institute, Atlanta’s largest adult Jewish education program, offers classes to more than 450 students, at 12 locations across metro-Atlanta, including the MJCCA. Courses are taught by some of Georgia’s most outstanding Jewish scholars, rabbis, and Emory professors, with a range of daytime and evening options. Fees vary by class. MJCCA Challenges Atlanta to Beat the Heat and Start to Shape Up!

The MJCCA 2017 BB&T Harry Maziar Classic Golf Tournament, Honoring Doug Kuniansky, Raised More Than $400,000 to Support MJCCA Programs and Scholarship Funds

The Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta (MJCCA) presented its annual golf tournament, the MJCCA BB&T Harry Maziar Classic, on June 5, 2017 at the beautiful Atlanta Country Club in Marietta. Each year, the MJCCA BB&T Harry Maziar Classic honors an outstanding member of the MJCCA whose philanthropic and volunteer commitment has helped shape Atlanta's vibrant Jewish community. This year’s tournament honored Doug Kuniansky, President, MK Management Company. The tournament, which included 140 golfers, raised more than $400,000 to support MJCCA programs and scholarship funds.
