More than 100 years ago, Jews arrived in Atlanta with little more than their passion for a better life and managed to build a safe, secure, and vibrant community center for their families and future generations. Today, Jews all over metro Atlanta enjoy the fruits of their labors at the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta.
Now, we’re hoping that you’ll create your own legacy. By establishing an endowment, including us in your will, or naming us as a beneficiary in an IRA or life insurance policy, you’re helping support the MJCCA – solidifying it as a cornerstone of the Atlanta Jewish community for the next 100 years and beyond.
Planned Giving Enables the MJCCA to:
Alleviate the burdens of burgeoning operating costs
Provide for continuous growth and capital improvements
Generate greatly needed scholarship dollars
Create innovative new programs and services
Ease the dependence on grants and annual giving
Lessen the reliance on membership dues
Provide reserve funds for the next 100 years
Legacy Gifts can be as simple as a designation in your will or retirement funds to more complex vehicles that provide income and tax benefits. View sample bequest language.
LIFE & LEGACY is an initiative of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, in partnership with the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, to build a strong community now and in the future with bequests for endowments. Visit LIFE & LEGACY for more information or complete a Letter of Intent.
